Your mental health should have its own standing appointment in your calendar. Carve out that time for you. It should be your priority. Find something that gives you joy – and do it consistently. It should give you an opportunity to refresh and reinvigorate. You are doing yourself and others (your family, the company you work for and so on) a disservice if you are not caring for your mental health. 

You have to recharge – eliminate that stress and tiredness. Now more than ever, all of us are on edge, we have been in a pandemic for over a year! Taking out time for yourself and nurturing your mental and physical health is key.
